Rise Wellness Center: more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a Wellness Center offering Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Wellness is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.
In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.

Bring wellness to body, mind and spirit with Reiki, Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Massage Therapy, Integrative Healing, Intuitive Readings, and Yoga Therapy.
Workshops grow and expand your practice, while Programs help manage specific health conditions.
