Rise Wellness Center: more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a Wellness Center offering Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Wellness is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.

In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.

Make note of which class you're registering for when selecting - Online classes have "Online" in the title. Pre-registration required for all classes - both In-Studio and Online. Class Schedule
