Pop Up Classes:
Yoga for your Feet, Knees, and Ankles with Lucy
Sundays - February 2nd, and 9th, 2:30 - 3:45pm
Struggling with foot pain, ankle pain, or even knee pain? It could all start with your feet! In this 2-part practice, Lucy will guide you through a series of muscle activation techniques specifically designed to relieve foot pain, knee pain, ankle pain and strengthen your entire body.
These techniques target key muscles in your feet to improve stability and balance for a more confident stride, reduce foot pain and discomfort from daily activities, and lay the foundation for healing pain in your feet and even your knees that may be rooted in foot issues.
Candlelight Yin
Tuesday, February 18th, 6:00 - 7:00pm with Renee
Immerse yourself in a gentle yin practice guided by the soft glow of candlelight, fostering stillness and introspection. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body for increased flexibility and release of muscular tension and benefits the health of internal organs.
Holding poses for a sustained period of time helps to cultivate acceptance, receptivity and stillness in the mind. This is a relaxing practice that is great to do at the end of your day.
