Rise Yoga is more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a wellness center offering Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Yoga is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.

In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.

Make note of which class you're registering for when selecting - Online classes have "Online" in the title. Pre-registration required for all classes - both In-Studio and Online.

Our classes and services enhance your overall health, connect you to a vibrant community and help you live a healthy, balanced life.

Classes

Group Classes include Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Balance & Bone Strength, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Pilates.

Therapies

Bring wellness to body, mind and spirit with Reiki, Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Massage Therapy, Integrative Healing, Intuitive Readings, and Yoga Therapy.

Workshops and Programs

Workshops grow and expand your practice, while Programs help manage specific health conditions.
