Open House - We are celebrating 19 years!!!
Date: Saturday, April 25th 2:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Join us for an open house celebrating the 19-year anniversary of Rise Yoga, and honoring our Rise Community. Come for great conversation and enjoy delicious food and refreshments. There will be raffle prizes and discounts on our Monthly Unlimited Class Card. Stay for the entire time or just drop in to say hi!
Pop Up Classes
Galentine's Yoga with Alondra
Date: Friday, February 13th, 6:00 - 7:00pm
Find a partner, and have some fun while Alondra leads you in active and passive partner poses and stretches to make your body feel great, and to have some fun. There will be a sweet little surprise, and comfortable relaxation at the end. Bring a friend with you, or make a new friend in class. We know that you'll love it!
Power Yoga with Wanda
Date: Tuesday, February 17th, 6:00-7:15 p.m.
This invigorating class blends heart-pumping cardio and vinyasa flows with focused core and conditioning work. Expect dynamic intervals that alternate between energizing sequences and targeted strength moves, using body weight and resistance bands. You'll get a full-body burn that boosts endurance, builds stability, and promotes functional strength.

Spring Equinox Sound Meditation with Lucy
Sunday March 22nd - 3:00-4:30pm
Cost: $40
Enjoy a flow of sound and energy to inspire deep relaxation and renewal in the body, mind, and spirit. Using Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, and other instruments, Lucy will channel a flow of catalytic sound with the awareness and intention of love, healing, and transformation.
Power Foods for the Brain with Maggie
Date: Friday April 17th 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Cost: $25
This class will shine a light on the foods and nutrients for optimal brain health. Drawing from the book Power Foods for the Brain, by Neal Barnard, MD, FACC, the class will guide participants through the research supporting a low-fat, plant-based diet for maintaining brain function and minimizing risk for cognitive decline. The class features a cooking demonstration of recipes made from brain-power foods, along with handouts of recipes participants can prepare at home.

Rise Yoga is more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a wellness center offering Yoga Therapy (1-on-1), Massage Therapy, Sound Bath Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Yoga is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.
In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.
Make note of which class you're registering for when selecting - Online classes have "Online" in the title. Pre-registration required for all classes - both In-Studio and Online.
