Pop Up Classes:
Candlelight Yin with Renee
Tuesdays: February 18th, March 18th, April 15th, & May 20th - 6:00-7:00pm
Immerse yourself in a gentle yin practice guided by the soft glow of candlelight, fostering stillness and introspection. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body for increased flexibility and release of muscular tension and benefits the health of internal organs.
Holding poses for a sustained period of time helps to cultivate acceptance, receptivity and stillness in the mind. This is a relaxing practice that is great to do at the end of your day.
Yoga for Your Neck and Shoulders with Lucy
Sunday - March 16th - 2:30-3:45pm
This class is for anyone who is suffering from neck pain, stiff neck, headaches, or insomnia. This class will lead you to have a stronger neck with a greater range of motion.

Rise Yoga is more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a wellness center offering Yoga Therapy (1-on-1), Massage Therapy, Sound Bath Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Yoga is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.
In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.
