  • New Weekly Yoga Class: Morning Yoga Flow with Maggie is a new offering on our weekly schedule. Join her for an energizing flow on Thursday mornings from 9-10 a.m.

    Pop-Up Yin Yang Yoga : Join Kim on Monday evening, September 30th, from 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. If you have a busy work day, this will be the best antidote.

    Pop-Up Kundalini Meditation: Saturday, October 19th, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Kim and her Kundalini clan have practiced 120 consecutive days of Kirtan Kriya. They are starting another 40-day run, and Day one begins on October 19th. This is the perfect time to join them!

    Pop-Up Candlelight Yin Yoga Class: Tuesday, October 22nd, from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. with Renee. Don't miss this gentle yoga practice illuminated by the soft glow of candlelight.

    Pop-Up Yoga for Your Feet: Sunday, October 27th, from 2:30 - 3:45 p.m. with Lucy. Back by popular demand, this class will increase your sense of stability and strength in the entire body by activating the muscles of your feet.

    Train for 108:

    Celebrate the Winter Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations with Kim on 12/21. Kim will help get you ready with 27 Sun Salutes on 10/20, and 54 Sun Salutes on 11/17. All sessions are on Sundays from 9-10 a.m.

Rise Yoga is more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a wellness center offering Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Yoga is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.

In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.

Make note of which class you're registering for when selecting - Online classes have "Online" in the title. Pre-registration required for all classes - both In-Studio and Online.

Therapies

Bring wellness to body, mind and spirit with Reiki, Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Massage Therapy, Integrative Healing, Intuitive Readings, and Yoga Therapy.

Workshops and Programs

Workshops grow and expand your practice, while Programs help manage specific health conditions.
