Pop Up Classes:
Exploring Yin Yoga
Sundays, January 5th, 12th, and 19th, 3:00-4:30pm with Kathi
These classes will explore the Who, What, Where, and How the meridians are used in Yin Yoga.
This three-part series will include discussions, practice, and explore two pairs of the main meridians used in Yin Yoga.
Candlelight Yin
Tuesday, January 21st, 6:00 - 7:00pm with Renee
Immerse yourself in a gentle yin practice guided by the soft glow of candlelight, fostering stillness and introspection. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body for increased flexibility and release of muscular tension and benefits the health of internal organs.
Holding poses for a sustained period of time helps to cultivate acceptance, receptivity and stillness in the mind. This is a relaxing practice that is great to do at the end of your day.

Rise Yoga is more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a wellness center offering Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Yoga is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.
In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.
Make note of which class you're registering for when selecting - Online classes have "Online" in the title. Pre-registration required for all classes - both In-Studio and Online.
