Join Maggie to calm your thoughts, to connect with your inner wisdom, and to bring compassion to the forefront in our divided world.

  • Sunset Yin Yoga with Renee

Tuesday, July 15th - 6:00 -7:00pm

Immerse yourself in a gentle yin practice guided by the soft glow of sunset, fostering stillness and introspection. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body for increased flexibility and release of muscular tension and benefits the health of internal organs.

Holding poses for a sustained period of time helps to cultivate acceptance, receptivity and stillness in the mind. This is a relaxing practice that is great to do at the end of your day.

Yoga for Hip Pain with Lucy

Hip pain can be debilitating, and with so many practices out there, it's difficult to know which exercises are the most effective. Join Lucy this month to learn more about the root causes of hip issues, and to learn effective practices to increase strength, stability, and a greater sense of ease as you move through your daily life.

SA TA NA MA is an ancient mantra that speaks to the sacred cycle of transformation--the art of shedding who you've been, and becoming who you were always meant to be.

All are invited to join in this Free Monthly group chanting session. Group chanting unites multiple voices, and creates a powerful collective vibration that can deepen meditative experiences, foster unity, and bring inner peace and harmony. Both newcomers and those with prior experience are welcome to explore the transformative power of this practice. Feel free to bring a friend or family member as well.

Rise Yoga is more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a wellness center offering Yoga Therapy (1-on-1), Massage Therapy, Sound Bath Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Yoga is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life.

In-Studio and Online Zoom classes daily.

Make note of which class you're registering for when selecting - Online classes have "Online" in the title. Pre-registration required for all classes - both In-Studio and Online.
